1. How can I get samples?
- We can supply some free samples (total value under 30 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
- If the total value of samples is more than 30 US dollars, we’d like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
- If you don’t have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company; or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
- Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. Our courier agent TNT will save you 20% total courier charges because we have a long-termed agreement. However, you also can use your courier company.
3. How can I get your Quotation Sheet?
- Please send us your inquiry with our products article number by email or fax , we will offer you our price list, offer sheet and order information in one working day.
4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
- Yes. Your logo, company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton box. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on our products and packing free. The detail minimum order quantity is about 500-3000 sets according to the size of the packing. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi mini.).
5. How to place an order?
- Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
- Shipping information – company name, post address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
- Product information – model numbers, quantity, unit price and price term we reach to
- Delivery time required
- Payment we reach to
- Forwarder’s contact details if necessary
6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
- Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
7. How can the products be sent to us?
- For small quantity or weight less than 50kgs, sent usually by courier.
- For orders from 50 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
- For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
- The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, and destination (airport, sea port).
8. What’s your usual payment term for orders?
- 100% payment before productions, if order amount less than USD10,000.00/.
- T/T (Wire transfer) 30% as deposit, and T/T 70% balance within 7 days against B/L copy.
- 100% irrevocable LC at sight.
9. What’s the warranty of your products?
- Usually we guarantee 3 years (36 months) after delivery date, but depending on the specified product.
10. How can we get your monthly new products announcement?
- Please join our mailing list.
11. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
- Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter only. We don’t accept retail order.
